PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES
- In my student teaching, I attended a professional development course on the Discovery Education Science Techbook. The purpose of this course was to train teachers on the benefits of using the interactive textbook from Discovery Education as well as how to incorporate lessons from the Techbook in classrooms with very little to no available technological resources.
- In March of this year, I am taking courses in Grant Writing and Classroom Management at the Fire Up! Conference at Grand Valley State University.
